Items purchased in new condition must be returned in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the item was used, even once, it is not returnable. Items purchased in pre-owned condition must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. After the return is received, a full refund, less the original shipping charge, will be issued by crediting the original payment method. The processing time for a return may take up to 2 business days. Returns may be subject to a 15% restock fee with a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $20.
